Rumors about Penguin joining the DC Universe continue, thanks to ...

Oswald Cobblepot was born into a wealthy family that rivaled the famous Wayne Family for generations. Unfortunately for the Cobblepots, they lost their fortune and their family name was in shambles. Oswald blamed the Waynes for destroying his family and vowed to restore the fortune and honor of the Cobblepots. The only way that he knows how is to lead a life of crime. With his trick umbrella loaded with weapons and his cover up business of "The Iceburg Lounge", Oswald Cobblepot became one of the major crime bosses of Gotham as The Penguin!
